You are invited to attend oral presentations on studies carried out with the UvA Bird Tracking System on Monday, 9 December 2013. This day is open to anyone who is interested in bird tracking research or movement ecology. Researcher will share their exciting studies on migration, foraging behaviour, effects of the environment on behaviour, habitat use and conservation. Results will show clear trends and large differences among individual birds.

There is no registration fee as this day is offered by LifeWatch.
Workshops on Tuesday 10 December 2013 until lunch are organised for UvA-BiTS users only. They are targeting at an exchange of specific knowledge, in depth discussions, and developing hands-on practical skills.
